Pickles and Vegetable Kraut
I put up a batch of garlic dill pickles and a batch of 'vegetable kraut' which includes cabbage, garlic, red onion and carrots. It's only been 4 days, but they both smell amazing! I am lacto-fermenting these foods for the health benefits. You can't buy this in any store, as everything is processed and the good bacteria killed. It's time to take back what we eat.
