Kale Chips

I like kale. Kale is super healthy for you. Dehydrating Kale is a great snack. I can sit and eat a bowl of kale chips like potato chips.

Here's how to make your own:

1. Wash kale.

2. Remove stems from kale.

3. Add a few drops of olive oil and add some sea salt to the kale and mix.

4. Dry kale in your dehydrator overnight.

5. Store dried kale in an airtight tupperware container or in mason jars and vacuum seal the jar.
